A Luxury Wimberley RV Park in the Texas Hill Country
Family-run Horseshoe Ridge opened in 2024 as a luxury RV resort on a former racehorse training facility in Wimberley. Its RV sites and cabins sit among 350 oaks around the clubhouse, pool and pavilion, with a concierge team to help you plan your stay.

Wimberley RV Resort FAQs
An RV resort adds amenities and services to the RV sites and hookups you’d find at an RV park or campground, such as our pool, lounge, pavilion and valet propane. Horseshoe Ridge is for self-contained RVs; tent camping isn’t available.
Yes. Stay 7 nights and the 7th is free; stay 14 nights and the 7th and 14th are free. Military members and veterans, first responders and teachers get 10% off by phone, stacked with the weekly deal. We don’t offer club discounts.
Our busiest months are March through July and October through December, and holiday weekends book early. Reserve as soon as your dates are set, especially for a specific site or several sites together.
Yes, and we’d love to have you. Online booking for arrivals today closes at 3 PM. After that, call us and we’ll get you in.
Yes. RV sites allow up to three pets with no pet fee. Cabins welcome pets for $50 per pet.
Yes. Families and kids are welcome. The person who makes the reservation must be 21 or older, and each RV site allows up to six people.
You prepay up to your first 7 nights when you book. Fees and taxes for each type of stay are listed on the stay cards above.
Cancelling an RV site more than 30 days out costs a $35 fee; 3 to 30 days out, one night’s stay; inside 3 days, the deposit. Date changes are free more than 30 days out, or $35 inside 30 days. Cabin and monthly terms are in our rules and policies.
RV sites check in after 1 PM and cabins after 3 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. Approved early check-in or late check-out is $25.
Yes. Office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and 9 AM to 3 PM Sunday. For a later arrival, we’ll leave your site number and a map at the Welcome Center, and you can check in the next morning.
Fire pits at RV sites are propane only. For a wood fire, use the community fire pits at the amenity center; firewood is sold on site.
No. Monthly RV stays are booked by phone so we can help you choose the right site. Call us to check availability.
If your RV is more than 10 years old, we may ask for a recent photo before you arrive.
