Standard Rally Terms
Minimum 10 sites booked and traveling together under one group / wagon master.
Two-night minimum; if your dates include a Friday or Saturday, both weekend nights are required.
From your first quote to checkout, one person works directly with your wagon master — holding your block, setting the claim deadline, and arranging your gathering space and any golf carts or activities. Give us a call and we’ll start planning.
Rally group pricing applies to bookings of 10 or more sites traveling together under one group or wagon master.
How do my members book and pay?
We hold and site-lock the block under your group name. Members call in, reference the group name, claim a site, provide their contact info, and pay their own deposit. Everyone books as part of the group but pays individually.
What discount do groups receive?
Per-site discounts scale with the size of your rally (see the pricing table), plus a complimentary site for the wagon master on qualifying rallies.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better — popular dates fill fast. We commonly hold blocks 6–18 months out and set a member claim deadline based on how far ahead you book.
Is there a space for our group to gather?
Yes. We help arrange a communal gathering area — the pool deck, outdoor kitchen, or a fire pit area — for your meals, happy hours, and meetings. A dedicated event center is part of our planned Phase 2 expansion.
Can the group rent golf carts or arrange activities?
Yes — golf cart rentals are available, and we’ll work with your wagon master on what we can accommodate.
Are there blackout dates?
Rally pricing isn’t available on major holidays and special-event weekends, and is subject to availability and management approval.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, a two-night minimum, and if your dates include a Friday or Saturday, both weekend nights are required.
Where is Horseshoe Ridge located?
We’re in Wimberley, Texas, in the heart of the Hill Country — about 45 minutes from Austin and 70 from San Antonio, an easy central rendezvous for clubs coming from any direction.
Can members without an RV still join the rally?
Absolutely. We have three luxury cabins, so members without a rig — or anyone who wants to upgrade — can still stay with the group.
