What time is check-in and check-out?
Cabins: check in after 3:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM. RV sites: check in after 1:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM. Early or late access is $25 — call us to confirm.
How late can I check in?
We'll give you a call before close. Look for the black mailbox in the Welcome Center breezeway — your envelope has your site number, a hand-drawn map, and a check-in sheet with your Wi-Fi and gate access codes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Short-term RV: $35 / one night / deposit thresholds. Monthly stays: $35 / $250 thresholds. Cabins: $35 / one night / deposit thresholds. Thresholds vary by timing — see the full policy here. No weather refunds.
What's included in my cabin rental?
Our luxury cabin rentals include furnished interiors, a full kitchen, all linens, bath essentials, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a private patio. Just show up and settle in.
Can I tour before booking?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Call 737-307-2288 or swing by during business hours. You can also browse the photo gallery and resort map online first.
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes, at no charge with valid insurance. Sign a waiver at check-in, and only licensed drivers may operate on property. If you'd rather not haul your own, we offer on-site golf cart rentals.
Do you have quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. Be a good neighbor — see the full rules and policies for more.
Where do I get firewood?
The Trading Post inside the Amenity Center is open 24/7 on the honor system. You'll find firewood, snacks, drinks, and RV supplies. See the full list of resort amenities.
What's the best route to Horseshoe Ridge?
From I-35: RR 12 west from south San Marcos · 15 miles · cross the Blanco River · right on 3237 · left on Winters Mill Pkwy · right on RR 12 · 1 mile, then left into the resort.
From HWY 290: RR 12 south from Dripping Springs · 10 miles.
