Owner & General Manager
Billy owns and runs Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort — checking pedestals, talking setups with guests, and making sure every one of the 124 sites and three cabins runs the way he’d want if he were the one parking for the night.
Angela Rhyne
Marketing Director
Angela handles the marketing and storytelling side of Horseshoe Ridge — building the itineraries, writing the blog, and making sure Hill Country first-timers know exactly what’s waiting for them at the resort.
