Travelers welcome
Valet propane is not just for registered guests. Anyone passing through Wimberley can come fill up at our station during service hours.
Multiple tank types
Refills for what you bring
Travel trailer cylinders, 5th wheel cylinders, motorhome tanks, Class C tanks, portable camping cylinders, and forklift cylinders are all serviced. Refills only, no tank exchanges.
1
Reach out
Call 737-307-2288 or email propane@horseshoeridgerv.com. Mention whether you have removable cylinders (travel trailers, 5th wheels, portable tanks) or an affixed tank on a motorhome or Class C.
2
For removable cylinders
Travel trailers, 5th wheels, and portable cylinders use removable 30 lb tanks. Place them at the end of your site and our team will pick them up, fill them, and deliver them back. We'll charge the card on file unless you tell us otherwise.
3
For motorhomes & Class C's
These tanks are affixed to the RV and our filling station isn't mobile, so motorhomes and Class C's need to drive over to meet us at the station. Call ahead to coordinate a time that works.
4
Get a receipt
You'll receive a receipt at the time of service. Charges can be added to your reservation folio or paid at the time of service.

Propane Safety Basics
1
Know when you need a refill
Stove flame turns yellow instead of blue. Heater isn't working properly. Fridge isn't staying cool. You smell propane near appliances.
2
Store and handle safely
Always turn off propane tanks when traveling. Store tanks upright to prevent leaks. Never use an open flame near a tank.
3
If you smell propane
Turn off the tank immediately. Don't light matches or use electrical appliances. Find resort staff or call the front desk for help.
Long-Term Stays

Monthly guests at Horseshoe Ridge can have propane charges added directly to the reservation folio, so refills happen on a schedule that fits your stay. Mention long-term billing when you set up your reservation and our team will sort the details.
