A Resort-Style Pool With Hill Country Sunsets

The pool
A 3,000-square-foot pool on an elevated deck, open year-round. Lie back on the tanning ledge or pull up a seat at the swim-up table. In summer, a chiller keeps the water cool.

Sunsets from the deck
The elevated pool deck and the pavilion look out over 15 miles of Hill Country. Grab a table in the evening and watch the sun go down.
Private Showers Guests Call Spotless
The bath house has five private shower rooms, each finished in its own tile, and each with a massive shower. Our team cleans them several times a day, and there are more restrooms at the amenity center.

“The bathrooms left me speechless; air conditioned, fragrant, stocked, spotless.”
“The restrooms were absolutely beautiful; I would dare say nicer than my own at home.”
The Pavilion, Fire Pits and Lounge

The pavilion
A 34-foot stone fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with grills and a big-screen TV under one roof. Guests gather here to cook out, catch the game and sit by the fire.

Community fire pits
Wood-burning community fire pits sit by the amenity center. Firewood is sold at the Trading Post. At your RV site, bring your own propane fire pit; wood fires stay at the community pits.

The Lounge
The indoor, air-conditioned clubhouse: a pool table, shuffleboard, a caterers’ kitchen and a business center with a printer.
Weekend extras Most weekends bring extras like complimentary wine and cheese on Friday evenings, pancakes on Saturday mornings and a bonfire on Saturday night. See resort activities
“The facility is great and the sunset views are amazing from the fire pits near the pool.”
Pickleball and a Pet-Friendly Dog Park

Pickleball and cornhole
Two pickleball courts and a cornhole set. Borrow paddles and balls at the office.

The dog park
A big, fenced dog park under the oaks, where dogs can run off leash. Pets are welcome at every RV site and cabin.
- Up to three pets per RV site, with no pet fee.
- Up to two pets per cabin, at $50 per pet.
- No size limits. Pets stay out of the pool, the pool deck and indoor or air-conditioned spaces.
“They also had a blast running around the big dog park without their leashes on.”
